Dr. Mathew founded Amazon Animal Clinic in the year 2000.

Dr. Mathew T. Varughese (DVM) provides veterinary care to all of our rescued animals. Dr. Mathew owns his own private veterinary practice in Garden City, Michigan. Before opening his private practice, Dr. Mathew was employed by the Department of Agriculture as a veterinarian. He started with the city of Detroit and later took on a position at Hillsdale College.
